Lemon Ricotta Dip


Lemon Ricotta Dip
A light and refreshing appetizer that your guests will love.
- 1 Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese 15oz carton
- 1 lemon plus zest from lemon
- 1/2 C. Chopped basil
- S & P to taste
- olive oil

In a mixing bowl add the ricotta, zest of one lemon plus the juice. Mix well, and add S & P to taste. Add the chopped basil and mix till smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with figs, vegetables, and crackers.
