Over the weekend we hosted Friendsgiving at our house and my friend Britt was kind enough to share the her family Cranberry Cream recipe with us.
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 small pkg raspberry jello
1 C. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 0z) pkg cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 Pint heavy cream
In a mixing bowl add water to jello, stirring until dissolved.
in a separate larger bowl cream the cream cheese with an electric mixer.
Add Jello a little at a time mixing well.
Stir in the pineapple and cranberry sauce.
Refrigerate until partially set. Once partially set blend with immersion blender.
Meanwhile in in a separate bowl beat cream until soft peaks form. Carefully fold whipped cream into jello mixture and put in glass serving bowl. Refrigerate until set.
