One bag of mixed greens. Sliced persimmon, pomegranate, parmesan. candied pecans or marcona almonds add a nice touch.
1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. Apple Cider or white vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
slowly add 1/4 C of olive oil while mixing.
